The theme Scripture verse for MOPS this year is Romans 12:11-13 which states: "Never let the fire go out...When you hope, be joyful. When you suffer, be patient. When you pray, be faithful. Share with God's people who are in need. Welcome others into your homes."
I can truly say I've seen this lived out in the women of MOPS this year. They have been there for each other and loved each other. There is a sense of sisterhood and transparency with one another. They have gathered to pray and support one another in times of need. They have laughed together and cried together. Though MOPS is winding down and meetings for the year will conclude on May 14th, many connections have been made and relationships forged that will carry on through play dates, beach days, and other assorted summertime fun.
MOPS will meet again April 9th, and we'll hear from guest speaker, Katie Farrell of Dashing Dish, and on April 24th have a craft activity planned.
We welcome new moms to MOPS, which is open to expectant mothers through those with kindergarten age kiddos.
